Chupacabras born in 1997 and after several years of underground rehearsal they start in 2002 the pre-production of the debut album "...il tuo deliro". The album was recorded in 2003 at Ithil World Studios in Imperia.
In this 10 songs album Chupacabras combines the hardness of crossover with Italian lyrics, and thanks to its success the band won the Heineken Jammin' Festival Contest 2007 and play live on June 14, 2007 at Heineken Jammin' Festival, in the same day Iron Maiden, Slayer, Stone Soure Mastodon play in this festival.
After some lineup changes in 2008 the band began writing new songs and record, back to Ithil World Studios, the new album published by SG Records and titled "Inciviltà".
