Salvo Vecchio started playing guitar at 14 years old studying by himself technique, theory and music harmony.
He’s member of the progressive band “Ivory” and of the instrumental rock-fusion project “Attitude”, with Simone Damiani. Recently Salvo started working on a new hard rock project named DoubleFine.
His new solo instrumental album, “The Warm Light of Night”, is released by New LM Records and SG Records and contains a number of intense rock instrumental tracks with catchy melodies and shredding solos.
His guitar playing can also be found on a number of records as special guest; for example on Matt Cafissi CD Stars, on the debut album of the instrumental band Meridian (studio project of Luca Bernazzi, also former bass player of Ivory) and the Heavy Rumba instrumental group.
